Most people think working out at home sucks. They find motivation to be lacking, there’s typically no accountability, and there’s no plan. There’s no coaching. It’s why most exercise bikes and treadmills at peoples homes turn into super expensive coat racks.
Yeah, you need workouts and you need a plan to follow. But I’m not here to give you more at-home workouts because that’s not the solution that you need and you can find thousands of them online.
I’d rather ACTUALLY solve a problem and help.
