One Life Kids was founded strictly for fitness and FUN! Our kids play games and build up a sweat without even knowing they’re working out! This helps set the foundation for a healthy future.
Teen Strength & Conditioning
One Life Teens was developed with the goal of teaching, motivating, and leading young minds to believe in themselves and conquer what they thought they may have never been able to do! By utilizing smart strength training techniques suitable for the young athlete, bodyweight movements, and cardio we will improve their overall fitness, increase muscle, and build confidence.
